Warranty & Returns Policy

At Lovekins, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will always offer a fair and reasonable resolution for any product issues.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Shrink-wrapped products must remain sealed.

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not issued as store credit or gift cards.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Key Points:

  • No set time limit applies for reporting product faults; each case will be assessed individually.

  • You will not be charged for return shipping on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If the product has a major fault, you may choose a refund or a replacement.

A major fault means the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it if you had known about it;

  • Is significantly different from its description or sample;

  • Is unsafe; or

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.


3. Our Assessment Process

  • All returns are assessed case by case to ensure fairness and compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

  • We do not offer store credit or gift cards instead of refunds.

  • Lovekins reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before providing a resolution.


4. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure;

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;

  • A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
