At Lovekins, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will always offer a fair and reasonable resolution for any product issues.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Eligibility:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Shrink-wrapped products must remain sealed.

Change of mind returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.
Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not issued as store credit or gift cards.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

No set time limit applies for reporting product faults; each case will be assessed individually.

You will not be charged for return shipping on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

If the product has a major fault, you may choose a refund or a replacement.
A major fault means the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it if you had known about it;

Is significantly different from its description or sample;

Is unsafe; or

Is not fit for its intended purpose.
3. Our Assessment Process

All returns are assessed case by case to ensure fairness and compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

We do not offer store credit or gift cards instead of refunds.

Lovekins reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before providing a resolution.
4. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure;

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;

A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
