Lovekins SMS Terms

1. What you're signing up for. By entering your mobile number and submitting a Lovekins sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages from Lovekins Pty Ltd at the number you provide. Messages may include:

• offers and promotions
• new product news
• abandoned cart reminders
• order and subscription updates, such as shipping and upcoming delivery reminders

2. How often. Message frequency varies. We aim to only send messages that are useful to you.

3. Cost. Lovekins does not charge for text messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

4. Consent. Signing up to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

5. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further marketing texts will be sent. You can also contact us to be removed.

6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@lovekins.com, or call 1300 555 898.

7. Your information. We handle your mobile number and personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
