LOVEKINS COVID-19 UPDATE

Please be assured that we remain committed to your health and safety during these uncertain times. Australia Post is experiencing delays due to a significant increase in parcel volumes, reduction in air freight & abiding by social distancing requirements. You can find more specific information about the delays affecting your state on the Australia Post website.

Orders will ship as usual. However, extra safety precautions implemented in our warehouse mean that our dispatch time has been extended slightly and is now up to 2 business days.

We’ve implemented every health and safety guideline relating to safe delivery practices and packing, and staff are following social distancing rules. Our warehouses are now operating for extended hours to accommodate split shifts, and warehouse staff are wearing gloves and face masks and are thoroughly washing their hands before and after shifts. Regular hand sanitiser use is also strongly encouraged.

Shipping Details

SHIPPING (DOMESTIC):

Shipping cost will be at a flat rate of AUD$10 for domestic orders under AUD$60. Orders over AUD$60 will include free shipping.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL):

Shipping cost will be as per Australia Post cost for international orders.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Lovekins. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return unopened, saleable merchandise within 10 working days. Please contact Lovekins for a return authorisation number. Packages not returned within 10 business working days or without a return authorisation number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return items are an error on behalf of Lovekins.

Cancelling or Modifying An Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “Processing” status. Your order is then “Completed” entering the shipping process immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “Processing” status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being “Completed”, no further changes can be made. You must contact Lovekins info@lovekins.com to make any changes to your
order when it is in “Processing” status. If the order has been “Completed” we are unable to cancel or modify your order. Once the order has been shipped, the items in the order cannot be exchanged for other items, however, a refund (subject to the costs outlined below) can be provided only on returned items that are unopened and in a saleable condition. The refund is only available for items that meet this criterion and is subject to all the associated costs in shipping the items out to the customer and returning the items back to our warehouse. These costs include payment transaction, pick/pack, shipping, goods inward and administration costs. The customer must also arrange at their cost shipment of the unwanted items back to our pick/pack facility. Should a customer wish to proceed they can contact a customer service representative at info@lovekins.com to obtain the warehouse address details and summary of all associated costs that would be deducted from their refund amount.

CREDIT CARD: We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

DIRECT DEPOSIT: You can directly deposit funds from your savings account into our account as a method of payment. Include your account code or invoice number as the reference so that the payment can be correctly allocated to you. It usually takes 24 hours for funds to be transferred. Your order will be held until payment is received.

Safety and Allergy Guidelines

The following safety guidelines should be observed before using Lovekins: Our products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds and fruit. If you have any allergies, please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Lovekins are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional. Products and advice by Lovekins make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and is not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice. In the case of pregnancy please consult with your health care professional.
